From request to mandate, without friction
Generate the service offer, structure intake, accelerate processing
Before the solution was deployed, preparing the service offer relied on manually assembling Word documents: copying and pasting data, selecting templates based on mandate type, and risking errors or omissions. This was one of the team's main productivity bottlenecks. We designed a custom bilingual web application that automatically generates the service offer as a Word (.docx) document from configured templates and data entered in the request: client, properties, act, fees, and timelines. The right template set is selected based on mandate type and client language, then the document is merged and downloaded in one click. The application also covers the full lifecycle: request tracking, client management, property capture, offer delivery and acceptance, approval, and mandate creation with a SharePoint folder.

A clear view of all active requests
The requests dashboard brings together in one place files in processing, sent, accepted, or awaiting approval. Teams can filter, search, and prioritize requests by status, client, or service type. This immediate visibility helps teams respond faster, avoid oversights, and maintain consistent follow-up across all active mandates.
The service offer generated automatically in Word
From the information entered in the request, the application assembles the appropriate Word templates: cover page, process, required documents, fees, and annexes, based on mandate type, property category, and client language. Merge fields are filled automatically with case data, then the document is downloaded ready to send to the client. The team can then upload the signed offer, mark it as sent, record acceptance or decline, and advance the request through approval and mandate creation.
