ROCQTR
The Regroupement des Organismes Communautaires Québécois pour le Travail de Rue (ROCQTR) is a dynamic network that brings together nearly 50 community organizations across Quebec. For more than 30 years, ROCQTR has supported street outreach workers who intervene directly with people in highly vulnerable situations.
Through coordinated action, ROCQTR promotes resource sharing, the development of best practices, and advocacy for the rights of people experiencing homelessness, helping strengthen social fabric and solidarity in our communities.

A flexible solution for street outreach organizations
To support ROCQTR, a network of nearly 50 Quebec community organizations working with people experiencing homelessness, we developed a multi-tenant SaaS web application designed to meet each member organization's specific needs. Each organization gets its own personalized space where it can define and adapt the data it wants to collect based on its priorities and field realities. Built for direct mobile use in the field, the app makes real-time intervention entry easier, making data collection faster, more intuitive, and more reliable for street outreach workers.
