Coop Taxi Laval
Coop Taxi Laval is a taxi owners' cooperative founded in 1972 in Laval. With more than 210 vehicles, including vans adapted for medical and school transport, it provides quality transportation across the Laval area.
Known for innovation, including automatic dispatch for paratransit, the cooperative works with the STL, hospitals, the SAAQ, and several day centres. Its experienced team serves a wide range of clients, from regular taxi rides to collective transport.
From Excel exports to automated billing
Eliminate manual entry, connect dispatch system to invoicing, accelerate financial close
Before the new platform was deployed, the process relied on Excel exports from the dispatch system, manual adjustments, then line-by-line data entry to produce invoices and reports. We designed a custom bilingual web platform that automatically retrieves operational data from Fraxion, lets staff review daily transactions and adjust prices, then generates invoices, coupons, contracts, and PDF reports. The platform also reconciles card payments via the Clover API and Moneris CSV imports, mapped to drivers.

A real-time operational dashboard
The dashboard centralizes the cooperative's key indicators: active drivers, vehicles, clients, transactions, and daily stats for paratransit, on-call shuttles, and customer accounts. Thirty-day trend charts help visualize patterns and anticipate operational load before billing close.
Card payment import and reconciliation
The import module lets staff bulk-load Clover and Moneris transactions, then map them to the relevant drivers. The team can validate matches, spot discrepancies, and accelerate financial reconciliation without manual re-entry.
